Goals:

To train and educate employees, employers, and the general public on Title Vll of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (as amended). To publish and disseminate educational and training materials relative to the elimination of prejudice and discrimination within the workforce. To provide representation for employees, wherever feasible, whenever racism and discrimination are encountered in the workplace.
